When Deakin University in Geelong opened a new school of Nursing, she became a Lecturer in 1988. She completed a Masters in Nursing Studies at Flinders University and then a PhD in Education with a focus on nursing practice in a residential aged care facility. Sue became a Senior Lecturer at Griffth University in 1994. Her life changed when she met her husband, a rural GP, and moved to Murrurundi in NSW. Sue has been a Medical Practice Nurse since 1996, concurrently managing and developing the practice. Wound care and product selection fascinate her!
