As the Digital Strategy & Innovation lead for Uniting NSW.ACT, Ramesh Raghavan spearheads the strategic development and implementation of leading-edge digital initiatives such as Augmented Reality Glasses and AI enabled clinical systems and to enhance the overall experience for customers and front-line workforce. Furthermore, Ramesh is leading the integration of cutting-edge technologies to shift from a reactive to a preventive care model, especially within the core domains of residential and home-based aged care services. Ramesh is passionate about leveraging digital technology to enhance front line workforce experience, improve accessibility to services for our customers, and drive innovation in the context of Aged care & Community Services. Ramesh aims to harness emerging AI-centric technologies to drive digital transformation at the point of care.
