Astrid Fremau

Astrid Fremau is a bioscience engineer by training, having earned her degree from KU Leuven. She further strengthened her business expertise with a Master in General Management from Antwerp Management School, combining scientific depth with strategic insight. In 2020, she joined the Belgian wound care company Flen Health, where she works within the Medical Affairs Department. In this role, she bridges science and clinical practice, supporting evidence generation, medical education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Her background enables her to translate complex scientific data into meaningful clinical and strategic value within the field of wound care.
