Hannah is a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Wound Management at Melbourne Health, with over 13 years’ experience supporting patients and staff to manage complex and chronic wounds. She is passionate supporting people to achieve their best outcomes. As well as an interest in understanding our health systems and optimising the way we provide care.
