Hayley holds extensive qualifications in wound management, clinical care and an MBA, with an ongoing pursuit of a PhD while maintaining a keen interest in technology and innovation, particularly in the realm of AI. Beyond her clinical work, Hayley is a renowned national and international keynote speaker, educator, and leader in the field. She is the past chair of Wounds Australia, is a board member of Diabetic Foot Australia and serves on various advisory boards and has received numerous awards for her contributions to wound care.
Hayley is an author and has published many journal articles. Hayley is involved in significant projects and research, including advocating for wound management in the Aged Care Royal Commission. She has secured substantial grants and has a strong publishing record.
