Dianna Marie Gebhardt works with Western NSW Health as a registered nurse at Mudgee Hospital. Her career path has led her to specialise in wound care supported by a graduate certificate in Wound Management through Monash University. She has taken a keen interest in research and has recently completed an Emerging Research Leadership Program scholarship through Australia College of Nursing. This allowed her to produce an article “Unlocking the Healing Powers: Compression therapy for infected wounds and lower limb oedema – A rapid review” with co- author and mentor Prof. Kathleen Tori from Charles Sturt University. Dianna also has a background in public health where she completed a Masters in this area through University of Newcastle which further shows her dedication towards health care and its outcomes amongst the general population.
