Kate’s nursing career has taken her across Australia and internationally, spanning multiple clinical disciplines and healthcare settings.
Her current professional focus is with Pop-Up Health, where she is deeply passionate about community nursing and advancing specialist wound care. As part of the Specialist Wound Assessment Team and Wound Wellness Solutions, Kate supports and promotes the expert knowledge of nurses delivering high-quality care in the community setting.
Pop-Up Health is leading innovation through the implementation of the AI-powered platform Tissue Analytics, enhancing clinical assessment, monitoring, and outcomes in wound management. In addition, a 2024 pilot of EmoLED photobiomodulation therapy has demonstrated successful outcomes, with Pop-Up Health proud to be the first to introduce this technology for wound care in the community setting.
